SHIPPING RATES:

Worldwide shipping is available. We ship internationally for a flat standard rate of $25 AUD and free within Australia. International shipments may be subject to pay duties and taxes, which is out of our control and will not be covered by us.  

ORDER PROCESSING 

Please provide us with the correct delivery information as we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. 

Delivery times are estimates from Australia Post/ your local postal service, we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. 

Please allow 2-7 days for your order to be processed. Once shipped you will receive tracking via email to the email address you provided when placing the order. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered and you haven't received it you will need to open an investigation with your carrier. We will not replace any orders.
