A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. You are shopping on our Australian site, all prices stated throughout the site are in Australian Dollar (AUD).
Please provide Pine with the correct delivery information as we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses, or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post.
Delivery times are estimates from Australia Post only and Pine cannot be held accountable for late deliveries. We try to pack and dispatch orders 1-2 business days from your day of purchase (excludes weekends and public holidays).

LOST PARCELS
We do not take responsibility for lost parcels (whether its delivered to the customer, or back to our factory for an exchange/return). However, we will work with you to identify where your parcel may have ended up. To minimise the risk of a parcel being lost, we encourage customers to double-check that they have entered the correct address during checkout. If a parcel is lost, it is the buyers responsibility to lodge an investigation through Australia Post on the whereabouts of your parcel.
